Continuing a strong month of hires in the new year, McGuireWoods has lured an antitrust partner from Foley & Lardner, the firm announced Thursday.

Holden Brooks, the fifth lawyer to join the Am Law 100 firm in January and the fourth to arrive this week, has joined McGuireWoods’ antitrust, trade and commercial litigation department as a partner in Chicago and Washington, D.C.
