McDermott Will & Emery has brought on Vinson & Elkins' government contracts practice vice chair, Daniel Graham, as a partner and practice head in its regulatory practice group based in Washington, D.C.
Graham has been a government contracts lawyer in D.C. for more than 20 years. He was at Wiley Rein from 2000 to 2015 before moving to Vinson & Elkins. In that time, he has litigated a number of cases on behalf of government contractors and health care clients.
