The Senate Judiciary Committee postponed a planned confirmation hearing for an appeals court nominee whom President Joe Biden is considering for the U.S. Supreme Court, out of concern that the hearing would be dominated by questions about the impending high court vacancy, the committee's chairman said Monday.
