Former Human Rights Campaign President Alphonso David sued the prominent LGBTQ rights organization Thursday in Brooklyn federal court, alleging that the organization racially discriminated against him when he was fired in September amid the uproar over former Gov. Andrew Cuomo's sexual harassment allegations.
