Citing multiple filing errors, a federal appeals court ordered Sidney Powell to refile her challenge to sanctions imposed on her over a failed lawsuit that attempted to overturn the election results in Michigan.

In a letter Tuesday, a case manager in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit highlighted several filing mistakes, including missing descriptions in lower court citations and the brief’s caption not matching the official court caption.
