Civil RightsDouglas Wigdor and his firm have represented plaintiffs in high-profile cases of sexual harassment and racial discrimination including against Harvey Weinstein, Fox News and Dominique Strauss-Kahn. He now filed a class action against the NFL spearheaded by former Miami head-coach Brian Flores—the complaint alleges that the league's hiring practices are plagued by systemic racism and discriminate against Black players.
