Am Law 200 firm Boies Schiller Flexner has lured to its white-collar and investigations bench an assistant U.S. attorney who led Washington, D.C.’s human trafficking task force and, as a prosecutor, handled more than 100 grand jury investigations and over a dozen appeals.

Kenya Davis joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office as a partner in its global investigations and white-collar crime group, the firm announced Monday. As well as serving as lead counsel in 35 jury trials, 15 bench trials, and numerous evidentiary hearings, she also co-chaired the district’s Human Trafficking Task Force, which worked to increase the prosecution of traffickers, provide comprehensive services to victims, and coordinate anti-trafficking efforts in the D.C. area. That task force comprised almost 75 senior federal and local law enforcement officials, government agency leaders, and nongovernmental organization executives.
