In a 12-month period that has seen considerable growth for Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe's life sciences practice and its D.C. office, the firm has now lured corporate partner Tony Chan from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Chan becomes the ninth lateral to join the firm's life sciences practice and the 11th hire in Washington in the past year.
