The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday denied emergency requests to block court-ordered congressional redistricting maps in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.

In the Pennsylvania case, Toth v. Chapman, the justices issued an unsigned order stating the case has been referred to a three-judge district court, and the parties could appeal when that court granted or denied a request for injunctive relief.
