U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit brought by three House Republicans against Speaker Nancy Pelosi over fines for refusing to wear masks on the House floor.

Reps. Thomas Massie, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Ralph Norman filed the complaint last summer, alleging their right to free speech was violated when they were fined for not wearing masks on two occasions last May. The complaint states that they were engaging in “symbolic protest speech.”
