A federal judge on Tuesday found that former Trump communications aide Omarosa Manigualt Newman violated an ethics law by failing to file a required financial disclosure form after her acrimonious firing in 2017.

U.S. District Judge Richard Leon of the District of Columbia ruled in favor of the U.S. Justice Department, which had filed suit under the Ethics in Government Act, and ordered Manigualt Newman to pay a $61,585 penalty.
