A federal judge sanctioned Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison’s Alex Oh over the actions of an ExxonMobile-Asia executive during a deposition in a long running human rights dispute based in Indonesia.

The order, written by U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth Thursday evening, levied $288,901 in attorneys fees and expenses against Exxon, however, the fees would likely be passed on to Paul Weiss.
