A Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll partner behind the use of inclusion riders in Hollywood contracts reported earning $399,295, according to a financial disclosure offering a rare peek at pay inside the plaintiffs firm.

Kalpana Kotagal, a member of Cohen Milstein’s civil rights and employment practice group, also chairs the firm’s hiring and diversity committee. She is the Biden administration’s pick for a vacancy on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, an agency tasked with enforcing antidiscrimination laws in the workplace.
