Am Law 100 firm Paul Hastings has enticed a four-person investigations, regulation and litigation team from Buckley, a Washington-based financial services firm.
The team of Jonice Gray Tucker, Matthew Previn, Aaron Mahler, and Kari Hall arrived at Paul Hastings Wednesday, moving a practice that represents banks, nonbank financial institutions, fintechs and other companies providing financial products and services in matters including government investigations, supervisory matters, litigation and regulatory compliance.
