A federal judge did not mince words in a hearing Friday morning about two former Jones Day attorneys’ attempt to add additional defendants to a long running sex discrimination dispute. 

“You’re on warning today, but this is a very very thin claim,” said U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss during the digital motions hearing. “I think you need to make a decision on how you want to proceed”
