The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit on Tuesday reversed a lower court’s order that halted the Biden administration’s guidance on immigration enforcement.

The Ohio-based federal appeals court ruled against Ohio, Arizona and Montana, which sued the Department of Homeland Security over a memo it sent to ICE agents directing them to prioritize arresting undocumented immigrants with serious criminal records due to limited resources.
