A filing in the ongoing damages trial against Alex Jones seeks to remove blockbuster evidence used against the conservative radio host Wednesday.

Mark Bankston, the Farrar & Ball attorney representing the parents of Sandy Hook victims in the ongoing damages trial, revealed to Jones during testimony Wednesday that his defense counsel, Federico Andino Reynal, accidentally sent him an entire copy of Jones’ phone in late July.
