This State Is Struggling to Find Lawyers Who Want to Be Judges
Respondents to a recent survey by the state judiciary said some qualified attorneys would have to take pay cuts of up to 50% to join the bench.

According to a recent Idaho Judicial Branch report, the state court has seen a decline in interest and applications for judgeships as it attempts to counteract the natural attrition of an aging judiciary.
