Last summer, AbbVie Inc. called on large teams of attorneys from Latham & Watkins and Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner to litigate a high-stakes patent infringement case against Alvotech HF.

Finnegan partner Cecilia Sanabria enjoyed reconnecting with Latham partners Michael Morin and David Frazier, who’d joined Latham from Finnegan in 2015. She also got to know Tara Elliott and other Latham IP honchos. “I got to witness first-hand their really impressive litigation skills, both in and out of the courtroom, with the client and with one another,” Sanabria said.
