Judges Sri Srinivasan, Judith Rogers and Gregory Katsas will hear former President Donald Trump’s challenge to several lawsuits accusing him of inciting the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol and conspiring with extremist groups to disrupt the 2020 election certification, according to the court’s calendar.

Trump, who was sued by Capitol police officers and a number of Democratic members of Congress, is asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to reverse a lower court ruling that rejected his bid to dismiss the complaints on the basis of presidential immunity.
