Photo: Ting Shen/BloombergPeter Navarro, who coordinated for a time the Trump administration's COVID-19 efforts, must turn over emails sent from a private email address during his time in office, a federal judge ruled.

The order comes after fights over former President Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, and even current President Joe Biden face investigations on their failure to return documents linked to their time in the White House.

Navarro and the former and current executives are all claiming their continued possession of White House documents under the Presidential Records Act.
