The U.S. Supreme Court struggled with questions about the limits of commercial speech and the how the government can burden free expression over nearly an hour and a half of oral arguments Wednesday. 

The dispute stemmed from a dog toy produced by VIP Products. The whiskey bottle shaped-chew toy, labeled “Bad Spaniels” and detailed with “the old No. 2” as an ingredient, shares a striking resemblance to the famous Jack Daniel’s whiskey bottle.
