The Senate Judiciary Committee has named the five witnesses who will testify at Tuesday’s closely watched hearing on U.S. Supreme Court ethics reform, a group that includes ethics experts, former federal judges and the co-chair of Gibson Dunn’s appellate practice.

At 10 a.m. Tuesday, the committee is set to consider reforming the ethical standards for the nine members of the Supreme Court amid intense public scrutiny of the justices and their activities off the bench.
