Walden Macht & Haran on Tuesday filed a federal racketeering lawsuit against Twitter and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—alleging the country illegally infiltrated Twitter's confidential user databases in order to surveille, silence, torture and kill critics of the regime living abroad.
