As heightened antitrust enforcement in the U.S. fuels client demand, Sidley Austin has brought on Carrie Mahan as a partner in the firm’s antitrust and consumer protection practice in Washington, D.C.

The Biden administration’s enforcement agenda has kept Big Law firms’ antitrust practices busy with transactional to litigation to regulatory work. Mahan’s hire, among others in Big Law, comes as client demand remains steady in the practice despite a global slowdown in corporate transactions.
