It started as an attempt to draw attention to an understaffed agency and over permitted process. Rep Sean Casten, D-Illinois, took to the floor of the House to offer a song, "Hot FERC Summer," with the hopes of getting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, FERC, additional commissioners and address permitting issues in the wake of the passage of infrastructure and green energy bills signed into law by President Joe Biden.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
