The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit slightly reduced the amount in attorney fees that former President Donald Trump lawyer Sidney Powell and her team must pay as part of sanctions in their failed lawsuit alleging widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election in Michigan.

The court lowered the attorney fees to the state of Michigan and city of Detroit from $175,000 to $152,400, holding that while many of the allegations were unsubstantiated, the entirety of the complaint wasn’t sanctionable.
