Biden Nominates Judges to District Benches, Court of International Trade
The president, inching closer to 140 judicial appointees, trails only Bill Clinton in judgeship appointments at this point in term.

JudgesPresident Joe Biden sent another round of judicial nominees to the U.S. Senate on Wednesday. The list includes nominees for district court seats in several Blue states, allowing him to continue to skirt the blue slip veto process. But there's also two nominees to fill vacancies on the U.S. Court of International Trade, which handles customs and international trade disputes.
