Republican lawmakers' attacks on Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan's opposition to big-tech mergers are highly partisan, but it is important for the agency to start winning those cases, antitrust attorneys said Friday.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson.
