The Biden administration has finally spoken: The U.S. Supreme Court should agree to hear a pair of cases asking if states can regulate content moderation practices at social media companies like Facebook, Youtube and X.

And on the merits, the justices should side with the social media companies in finding the laws an unconstitutional restriction on free speech, the administration added in papers filed with the justices this week.
