Amid heightened regulatory scrutiny of tech companies, Squire Patton Boggs has hired an associate general counsel from Meta to its competition and antitrust group.
Marty Mackowski, who has served as associate general counsel, competition and regulatory at Meta since 2020, joins Squire as a partner based in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
