Dozens of personal injury claims have been filed in the Illinois Circuit Court for Cook County in recent months by attorneys from Edelson against several companies and individual defendants alleging that a residential area was polluted with carcinogenic gas ethylene oxide (EtO). And the firm said Colorado, Georgia and Pennsylvania will soon see similar cases.
