President Joe Biden on Wednesday nominated federal prosecutor Seth Aframe for a vacant seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Aframe has been an assistant U.S. attorney since 2007, serving as chief of the criminal division and appellate chief in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire. Before becoming a prosecutor, Aframe was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart.
