Plaintiffs lawyers Thursday asked a federal judge in Washington, D.C., to approve a $125 million settlement in a class action lawsuit that accused the U.S. judiciary of overcharging the public for court documents in its PACER electronic court records system, including $23.8 million in attorney fees.
