Kelley Drye & Warren inked the largest law firm leasing deal in the third quarter in D.C., signing for a 65,000 square feet office, nearly 40% less than its current space and continuing a trend of Big Law cutting back on square feet in the District.
Overall, law firm office leasing in Washington, D.C., dropped off in the third quarter of 2023.
