A 10-lawyer group led by financial services litigation partner Joshua Sohn from dissolving firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan has joined Crowell & Moring in New York, as the Washington, D.C.-headquartered firm expands its presence in the Big Apple.

“It was quite apparent there was change coming to Stroock and we had a number of attorneys who have relationships at the firm. New York growth has been a serious priority for us for quite some time,” Phil Inglima, chair of Crowell’s management board, said in an interview.
