Two lawyers who spent a week in July with a group of medical experts providing medical care to Guatemalans found the experience exhilarating and rewarding, despite the adjustment of being in a remote area without Wi-Fi.

And they’re excited to make a similar trip this summer, which will be the 12th for the chief organizer, Ammon Smartt, general counsel of the Chicago-based insurance services provider Willis Towers Watson.
