The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Friday dismissed claims brought by a couple who were injured when a Hamas member deliberately drove a car into a crowd at a Jerusalem bus stop, finding the lower court lacked jurisdiction over the victims' allegations that Syria and Iran aided the attack.
