A disciplinary case argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday prompted the justices to question whether it should be harder to prove attorney misconduct.
Several justices appeared to support adopting a higher evidentiary standard in attorney discipline cases, particularly given the ambiguity of the “clear and satisfactory” language currently in place.
