Health care regulatory and enforcement practices are continuing to drive lateral moves in Washington, D.C., with both Latham & Watkins and Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer announcing partner hires in these groups this week.
After joining Paul Hastings a few months ago, Eva Temkin moved to Arnold & Porter as a D.C. partner in its life sciences and health care regulatory practice. Temkin, a former director for policy at the Food and Drug Administration's Office of Therapeutic Biologics and Biosimilars, advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies in both premarket and postmarket issues, the firm said Tuesday.
