United States Supreme CourtThe U.S. Supreme Court delivered yet another plaintiffs' victory in an arbitration case Thursday when it held that a court, not an arbitrator, must decide whether a forum selection clause trumps an arbitration provision in a lawsuit against the crypto exchange Coinbase.
