Sidley Austin has added Stephen Boone Jr., who led the U.S. oil and gas practice at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, as a partner in the firm’s energy, transportation and infrastructure group in Houston.
Boone’s move comes as Big Law firms with Texas offices aggressively hire partners with experience in all segments of the energy practice.
