Alternatives to the U.S. News & World Report Law Schools Rankings have gotten a lot of press lately, and a University of Kentucky law school professor is the latest to offer one in a paper where he creates his own “funnier” rankings system.
In his paper, “The Gray Lady’s Guide to Legal Education,” which he posted on May 28, Brian Frye, the Spears-Gilbert professor of law at the J. David Rosenberg College of Law, explains how he developed “the New York Times ‘Best Law Schools’ 2024 ranking,’” or the “NYT ranking.”
