President Joe Biden will nominate state Judge Gail A. Weilheimer for a U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania judgeship, the White House announced Wednesday.
Weilheimer since 2014 has served as a Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas judge. She previously served as senior counsel at Wisler Pearlstine from 2006 to 2013 and a litigation associate at Frank & Rosen from 2003 to 2006, according to the White House.
