Merchandising company Ceremony of Roses has sued Ticketmaster parent Live Nation for its alleged negligence in a deadly 2021 crowd surge at the Astroworld Festival, an annual music event produced by Live Nation and hosted by rap artist Travis Scott.

Eisner Law filed the suit Thursday in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Central District, just two months after it was confirmed that Scott and Live Nation had settled nine of 10 wrongful-death lawsuits linked to the fatal stampede. Eisner Law could not immediately be reached for comment.
