Kenneth Cole Productions is promoting a recent arrival to its legal department to general counsel, and the company is giving her responsibility for human resources, a pairing of duties that began to gain favor as tricky personnel issues surfaced during the COVID-19 pandemic and is continuing to see wider acceptance.
New York City-based Kenneth Cole said this week that it is promoting Vice President of Legal Renada Williams to general counsel and also making her senior vice president of human resources.
