A Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday denied Harvard University’s motion to dismiss an antisemitism case alleging the school violated Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by not protecting its Jewish students in the wake of Oct. 7.

The suit, brought by Kasowitz Benson Torres on behalf of Students Against Anti-Semitism Inc.  and other Harvard Jewish students, alleges the university fostered an “antisemitic, hostile education environment generated by Harvard’s deliberate indifference to harassment and discrimination against Jewish students by pro-Hamas demonstrators on its campus.”
