A divided U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Friday dismissed a lawsuit alleging that Facebook's owner violated the free speech rights of a Robert F. Kennedy Jr.-founded anti-vaccine group by making its posts less visible on the social media platform.
