Two longtime Locke Lord attorneys have joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton in Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, as Locke Lord and Troutman Pepper Hamilton aim to tie up their merger by the end of this year.
Jennifer Brough and Bruce Grabow, who were at Locke Lord for more than 10 years, have joined Sheppard Mullin as partners in the firm's energy, infrastructure and project finance industry team and the real estate, energy, land use and environmental practice group.
