The Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice are enhancing their partnership with the Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board to help investigate potential mergers and their effect on workers.

“By deepening partnerships with the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, and the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, the FTC will keep building on our whole-of-government efforts to ensure that all Americans can get a fair shot in our economy, free from unlawful coercion,” FTC Chair Lina Khan said in a Wednesday press release.
